Citation

To facilitate thorough citation of the database and tools used to compute the diagrams, the Export references functionality is available for all calculation modes. This allow to export all necessary references into a bibtex file:

For instance, when computing a P-T diagram using the Metabasite database (Green et al., 2026), this would save the following bibtex file:

Statement of code availability

A statement of code availability is available when unfolding the Statement of code availability in the Informations panel of the Diagram sub-tab.

Clicking on the Retrieve statement button will fetch the last Zenodo links of the used versions of MAGEMin, MAGEMin_C and MAGEMinApp (when available).
